By using Lumorie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Lumorie is an encrypted photo sharing application. We provide the platform but have no access to or control over user content.
Lumorie has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, content or conduct that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise harmful to others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for illegal purposes. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon deletion, the personal data we control is removed from our systems as described in our Privacy Policy. Content you have shared with other event participants stays in those events under their control — this is an inherent property of end-to-end encryption.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Lumorie. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You retain ownership of any content you share. By using Lumorie, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Lumorie may offer paid features or subscriptions. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We do not store payment information.
When you purchase an event, the service is delivered immediately: on purchase we provision your event, set up its encryption keys, and arm its backup.
Lumorie does not offer customer-facing refunds. Any refund request must be made through the Apple App Store, which decides refunds at its own discretion regardless of this policy.
If Apple grants a refund, that refund triggers immediate forced reclamation of the event: access is revoked and the event's data is permanently deleted. There is no grace period and no export window — the service is treated as having been delivered and the refund as a reversal of that delivery.
Lumorie is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, security, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, access credentials, or content. Use is at your own risk.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Denmark.
